We have a population of about 81 000, 450 lakes and over 7 500 summer cottages. We are one of the largest centres of rail transport and logistics as well as the largest garrison city in Finland.

Something for Every Taste

Kouvola has something for every taste; the region is a very popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, just as it is with people seeking to relax and to get away from it all. Families are thrilled about Tykkimäki, the third largest amusement park in Finland.

Working and living in this city is easy. The cost of living is considerably lower than for example in the Helsinki capital area. Services are within easy reach.
