Winter holiday week 9 in Kouvola offers a wide range of activities and experiences. Kuovi Family Park is open for families:

Winter Holiday highlights for young people: LAN Event, sports and a trip to Prison Island in Vantaa

Young people are also welcome to relax at Youth Centres alone or with friends during the winter holiday week. At the youth facilities, visitors can play console, board and card games, billiards, table tennis, air hockey and table football. Youth workers are always available to join a game if needed. The central Youth Centre also features an iWall interactive gaming wall and a gym, free of charge for 15–28-year-olds.
Organised holiday programmes are also available at Youth Centres and can be joined by simply arriving on site.

Soft toys at the City Museum and an artist meet-and-greet at the Art Museum
Soft toys are invited for an overnight stay at the City Museum Fri–Sat 20–21 Feb. Soft toys can be dropped off on Friday between 4 pm and 6 pm, when museum admission is free. Overnight guests can be collected on Saturday or Sunday between 12 pm and 5 pm.

Winter holiday art workshop for children aged 7–12 at Valkeala Community Centre. Participants draw, paint and build. The course is intended for anyone interested in visual arts and crafts. Changes to public transport during the Winter Holiday
During comprehensive school holiday periods, supplementary bus routes 32–64 do not operate. Please note that holiday periods for vocational education institutions may differ from those of comprehensive schools.
