Welcome to the meeting of the of the Committee on Social Inclusion and Human Dignity 9th of June 2026!
Kouvola hosts the meeting of the Social Inclusion Committee of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities on 9–10 June 2026. The event will bring to the city approximately 60 political decision-makers from local and regional authorities in the 46 member states of the Council of Europe.
