The City of Kouvola’s international services now operate under the name International House Kouvola. These services, centralized at the Kohoa Synergiakeskus, support immigrants in settling in Finland and Kouvola, and in employment matters. The services also support the internationalization of businesses.

This new centralized service model and the development of international services enhance the city’s competitiveness, diversity, and attraction and strengthen Kouvola’s vitality. International House Kouvola brings previously fragmented services to one place and improves their accessibility.
Smooth and diverse services help immigrants integrate into Kouvola’s community and labor market. Customers will now receive faster and more comprehensive support for settling in, integration, and job seeking. Businesses also benefit from services that support the utilization of international workforce.
