Multi-Service Offices

A Multi-Service Office is a node of locally-relevant information and a general access point that provides many city services near the municipality’s citizens.

There are six Multi-Service Offices in Kouvola that are situated in former municipal halls of Elimäki, Jaala, Kouvola, Kuusankoski, Valkeala, and in a farm house in Keltakangas.

Service Secretaries working in the Multi-Service Offices mostly help in initiating processes and providing information. Decisions are made in separate offices respectively.

In a Multi-Service Office you can handle many issues effortlessly in just one place.

• accepting documents to be submitted to the city
• handing out forms and brochures
• parking permits for war veterans
• in the Kouvola and Kuusankoski offices it is possible to pay bills to the city
• public and residential parking permits are for sale in the Kouvola Multi-Service Office
• the offices have a customer terminal for the Internet

Opening hours:
Monday, 1 pm – 5 pm
Tuesday-Friday 9 am – 3 pm
In Elimäki, Jaala and Valkeala, the offices are closed during the lunch break.
