The Kouvola City Library is a cultural institution open to the general public for free. In the City of Kouvola, library services are provided by 12 libraries that are open on weekdays and 3 smaller libraries that are open only a few hours per week. There are also two library buses operating in various parts of the City.
We offer the following library services:
