Electronic Services
Electronic Services Electronic Services, or e-Services, mean communication via the Internet or email.
E-Services will not replace traditional ways of communication, but officials may still be approached in verbal or written form just as before. The law on electronic services came into effect on Jan 1, 2000.
If you have business with the city administration that you want to be handled as an authorised document (authorised document = a document that concerns launching an official process, for instance), you may send your message with the e-Service Form below. It will be registered and forwarded to the right authorities to process, and after registering you will be sent a confirmation from the Registry Office including a registration number with which you may inquire about the processing of your case. The Registry will send the confirmation either by email or regular mail to the address you have provided.
Applications to change a decision must be sent in written form.
Because the safety of email has not been confirmed, never include in the message private information such as social identity number, bank account number, etc.
