Kiinteistö Oy Kouvolan Vuokratalot provides student housing in the Viitakumpu, Eskolanmäki, Tornionmäki and Kasarmi districts. There are five student houses. Kiinteistö Oy Okanrinne has apartments for students in Tähtee, Kuusankoski.
